Shipping and Delivery Policy for Rein India Foundation
All purchases are shipped directly from our warehouses. We strive to deliver your products within 7 business days from the receipt of payment. Deliveries are carried out by our team or third-party courier/logistics companies, typically between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery, and this will serve as proof of successful delivery. We do not take responsibility for signatures provided by anyone other than the person who placed the order at the delivery address specified during the order process. Additionally, we are not liable for any incorrect addresses provided during checkout, as transactions are authorized by the cardholder.
Once the products are delivered, Rein India Foundation is not responsible for any damages to the items. If you find the product to be in poor condition or the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the delivery and immediately contact us at reinindiainfo@gmail.com, including your order reference number. We will do our best to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Ownership and risk for all products transfer to you once the products are handed over to the courier for delivery.
