Cancellation Policy

• By Rein India Foundation:
  Orders may be canceled due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• By the Customer:
  Customers can cancel orders if they haven’t been dispatched. Refunds for cancellations are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags intact.
• Process:
  1. Log into your account on the Rein India Foundation website.
  2. Select the item to return under “My Orders.”
  3. Specify refund preference (source account or Brand Credits) and submit the request.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after product inspection and quality checks.
  • Card/Net Banking Payments: Refunds reflect in 2-5 business days.
  • Brand Credits: Issued within 2 business days and usable for future purchases on the Rein India Foundation platform.
• Conditions:
  • Refunds do not include shipping or COD charges.
  • Rewards used for the order will be credited back to your account but cannot be encashed.
  • Free gifts and non-refundable items are not eligible for returns.

Terms for Returns

• Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Returns are processed within 7-14 working days after receipt of the package.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may take 15-20 business days to process.
• In case of delays or missing banking details, a coupon code of equivalent value may be issued.

Warranty Policy

• 1-Year Warranty: Rein India Foundation provides a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects on all products.
  • Repairs for eligible items are free. Mishandled or misused products (e.g., burns, cuts, stains) incur repair charges.
• Products purchased during sales or under discounts are not covered under the warranty.

Additional Notes

• Rein India Foundation follows a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy for eligible items.
• Returns on specific items like innerwear or masks are not accepted.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
